I'm very late posting this, but it is noteworthy nonetheless. Last Sunday, the 15th, Feral Fixers brought in five more cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed. All five of these cats were "friendly ferals". FF Board Member Kurt both picked up the cats from Tammy's in the morning and brought them to PAWS and then picked them up from PAWS in the late afternoon and brought them back to Tammy's for recovery and distribution - Thanks Kurt!

These five cats were noteworthy because they represent the sixth year in a row that Feral Fixers has spayed/neutered more cats than we had accomplished in the prior year. In our first, abbreviated, year of 2007, FF fixed 86 cats. In our first full year of 2008, FF fixed 525 cats. In 2009, we fixed 868 cats, in 2010 we fixed 1002 cats, in 2011 we fixed 1021 cats and last year, 2012, we fixed 1,231 cats. With these five cats fixed last Sunday, our total for 2013 now stands at 1,236 cats - woohoo!

Thank you everyone, for all of your support, your volunteer efforts, your donations, your fostering and everything else you do to help us help the cats. I've said it before and I'll say it again; WE COULDN'T DO WHAT WE DO WITHOUT YOU - THANK YOU!
