Over the past week, Feral Fixers has made two more trips to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic. Sunday, October September 22nd, we brought in 5 cats and this past Thursday, we brought in 37 more cats.

For the Sunday trip, Feral Fixers Board member Kurt both picked up the cats from Tammy's and brought them to PAWS and then picked them up from PAWS and brought them back to Tammy's for recovery. Two of the cats were ferals while the other three were "friendly ferals". Thanks Kurt!

And on Thursday, we brought in 37 more cats to PAWS to be fixed. Super-volunteer Charli helped me transport the cats from Tammy's in the morning to PAWS (thanks Charli!) while super-volunteer Stacy helped me pick up the cats from PAWS in the evening and bring them back to Tammy's (thanks Stacy!). 19 of these cats were ferals while the other 18 were friendly-ferals. One of the ferals was already fixed and one of the friendlies was judged to be too ill to undergo surgery this day. So, we wound up having a total of 35 cats done this day.

This brings our September total to 147, our 2013 total to 947 (starting to get near another 1,000-cats-fixed year) and 5,680 overall.
