This past Thursday, Feral Fixers brought in 17 more cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed.

Eight of them were ferals while the other nine were 'friendly ferals'.

New super-volunteer Charli helped me load up my car with cats at Tammy's and bring them to PAWS in the morning and then helped me in the afternoon pick up the cats at PAWS and bring them back to Tammy's for recovery. Thanks Charli - great to have you on board!

One of the cats turned out to be too small to have surgery (very young, right on the borderline, the PAWS vets thought that we should wait a bit longer with this one) while another one turned out to have already been neutered. So this made a total of 15 cats fixed this day.

With these 15 cats, Feral Fixers has now processed 20 cats for June, 316 for the year and 3,821 overall since our inception.

I just want to say THANK YOU again to all of the people who have helped make this possible; new volunteers, old volunteers, new donors, old donors, the organizations that take many of our friendlies and put them up for adoption and, of course, PAWS for all of their awesome work in getting the surgeries done. I've said it before and I'll say it again - THANK YOU - WE COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOU!
