On Wednesday, Feral Fixers took in six cats to the PAWS-Chicago Spay/Neuter clinic to be fixed and processed (which includes ear-tipping, shots for rabies and distemper, micro-chipping and treatment for ear mites). As I'm out of town at the moment, Jennifer brought them in and Tammy picked them up. I'm sure the PAWS people were happy to see Tammy as she hasn't been there in a while... ☺

With these six cats, Feral Fixers has now processed 80 cats for September, 596 for the year and 1,207 overall.

And don't foget - Sunday is the annual Barkapalooza event. Barkapalooza was the very first event that Feral Fixers appeared at; this appearance will be our third year in a row - we're starting to become old-timers.

The event will be held from 10:00am to 2:00pm at Patriot's Park in Downers Grove. Come out and visit us - we'll be looking forward to seeing you!
